Lacta Biz chocolate wafers: Lacta is a Brazilian chocolate brand owned by Mondelez & Kraft. This pack of milk chocolate covered wafers contained individually wrapped mini bars about 3/4 the size of a KitKat (though it's wider). Trader Joe's pumpkin seed brittle: I am not against pumpkin flavored things, as you may have guessed from my steady stream of pumpkin snack reviews from Trader Joe's. This week, I purchased seasonal brittle, dusted with sugar and pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom) and with whole pumpkin seeds throughout. Canasta Guava cookies: From Costa Rica, this packet contained four miniature shortbread cookies with a guava jam center. The shortbread was so-so, the jam interior sweet, tropical, and chewy. Not too much to say about these cookies, positive or negative. 2.5/5.0

Organic Farm roasted chestnuts: I purchased two packs of roasted chestnuts from Hmart during a 2 for $3 sale. The last bag [https://instagram.com/p/7DXauqFIe7/] was unfavorably reviewed, mostly due to its slimy texture. This snacks veers in the opposite direction, with chestnuts that are on the dry side. Eaten with water, though, the chestnuts have superior flavor than the Haioreum bag, with a deeper, earthier flavor. Both bags list a single serving, but I found the bags really served at least 2. 2.5/5.0
