The barbecue flavor has more of a charred than smoky flavor and tastes more strongly of beef specifically (whereas in the US, chips taste more like the glaze you apply to meat). Oreo Crispy Sakura Chiffon Cake Cookies: In Japan, oreos do not come in their more familiar resealable pouch packaging and instead come in boxes with individually wrapped tubes; in this box, there are 3 tubes of 8 cookies. The Sakura Chiffon Cake filling is slightly tart and definitely tastes different than regular Oreos, but I don't know if I would identify it as cake-like. Kellogg's Hershey Matcha ChocoBIts: It's fun to discover new products and brands in Japan, but there are also a lot of familiar brands offering different items especially for the Japanese market. Dydo Grandtime Vanilla Drink: I found this in a Dydo-branded vending machine at the Tameiko-Sanno Subway Station in Tokyo and decided to give it a try. I couldn't read the Japanese, but I guessed that it was flavored like vanilla ice cream from the graphic on the can. Fujiya Nectar peach drink: This can of peach juice is not carbonated and has a consistency thicker than most vending machine beverages. It is extremely sweet and reminds me of peach-flavored hard candies I had growing up from the Asian supermarket. It's a classic drink, but overall I found it to be pretty average. 2.5/5.0

Fujiya Lemon Squash Soda: This is a classic lemon soda that can be purchased in Japanese vending machines. From what I understand, Fujiya is a food conglomerate that makes many popular, long-standing snacks and drinks. This lemon soda tastes a little bit like sprite but with a more pungent citrus flavor.
