Scent aside, the taste is almost exactly as you would expect fish food to taste. Tao Kae Noi seafood flavored crispy seaweed: I've become pretty fond of this line of seaweed snacks: each piece of seaweed has a unique, crispy texture, but it's still thin so it feels like a light snack. The seafood flavor contains a mix of cuttlefish, shrimp, and crab. Definitely distinctly seafood in a sort of traditional Asian way, but I like it. Too bad each bag only had 2 servings. 3.5/5.0

Lundberg Kokū Seaweed organic rice cakes: Dense rice cakes made with brown rice. Feels much more substantial and filling than a typical rice cake. Seaweed flavor is subtle but adds a bit of seasoning. There is supposedly a hint of wasabi, but I'm not able to discern it. Definitely a healthy snack you can feel good about eating. 3.5/5.0
