Tao Kae Noi Sriracha chili sauce flavored crispy seaweed: While the packaging features a mascot that can't take the heat, I was surprised to find this snack lacked any punch. I don't have a high spice tolerance, yet I wouldn't characterize this snack as spicy at all. If I didn't know it was supposed to taste like Sriracha, I would have guessed a sweet chili flavor rather than a spicy one. Bibgo Seaweed Crisps: I broke the first rule of purchasing snacks at an ethnic grocery store (buy products with the least amount of English). Still, Bibgo is a Seoul-based company, lending it some credibility. This snack is unique with its combination of normally soft seaweed with a crisp rice cracker backing. Hyosung Food roasted seaweed: A recent conversation with @sharingnicely about kelp inspired me to buy a seaweed product on my latest trip to Hmart. I purchased a bag of Korean roasted seaweed, which I'm discovering comes in an alternative form of shredded, crispy seaweed mixed with sesame seeds (as opposed to sheets).
