Happy Lemon Ube Green Tea Smoothie with Rock Salt Crema: Ube, green tea, and salted cream seemed like an unlikely combination, but one that I felt of all chains, Happy Lemon could probably pull off. This smoothie tastes much more of ube than green tea, and with its vivid Grimace purple color, it would be hard to know that it contained any matcha at all. Kashi Chocolate Almond Sea Salt with Chia Chewy Granola Bars: Slightly better than the previously reviewed mocha almond bar flavor, this Kashi bar is similarly textured but has a more distinct salted flavor and larger chunks of chocolate. Falls safely in granola bar territory (as opposed to candy bar, which these snacks sometimes wander into). Oats, chia seeds, and nuts offer varied crunchy and chewy textures. 3.0/5.0

Kind Maple Glazed Pecan and Sea Salt Nut Bar: A granola bar with a variety of textures: there are crunchy nuts and crispy grains, but they're bound together with a sweet and chewy maple glaze. The maple was very sweet, though the bar clearly marks that there is only 5g of sugar (it's not a very big bar, though). The sweetness is also offset by the sea salt, which has a prominent flavor. 3.0/5.0
