Good Crisps Sour cream and onion potato crisps: Blatantly mimicking a popular product whose heyday likely passed in the late 90s, this tube of potato crisps takes a gmo- and artificial-flavors-free approach to junk food. It's a less salty but otherwise uncannily familiar flavor, down to the curved shape, crispy texture, and classic sour cream and onion flavor. Good Health rosemary and olive oil kettle chips: With just four ingredients (potatoes, olive oil, Rosemary, and sea salt), these crunchy potato chips are perfectly executed. They have all the flavor of delicious roasted potatoes in a snackable form factor. As far as potato chips go, these are certainly one of he best I've had and are very accessible (I purchased them at Harvest in Central Square). 4.5/5.0

Herr's baked aged cheddar chips: I purchased these from a vending machine in lab since it was the only healthier choice option I saw. This is the first time I had chips that tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese cheese powder. Definitely on the salty side. Very few chips (I believe around 13) per bag. Serving size is probably the main reason this is one of the lower calorie vending machine options. 1.5/5.0

Hokkaido Sapporo Roast Corn Taste Potato Chips: These potato chips have a sweet and savory roasted corn flavor, almost like a corn chowder. I did like the overall flavor, but the chips were a bit lackluster, saturated oil and thin to the point of flimsy - if you held it up to the light, you could see through them. Overall, I would not purchase them again though the flavor was unique. 3.0/5.0

Hula's Sour Cream Maui Chips: These potato chips are marketed as being made using "American Potato Chip Methods" but are fully Japanese, first developed by a Japanese man who spent time in Hawaii during WWII.
