Milton's Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Snack Crackers: Made with brown rice flour and oats, this gluten-free snack has a tangy cheddar flavor slightly reminiscent of cheddar and sour cream flavored Ruffles, but much healthier. I got through the 4.5 serving bag in an embarrassingly short amount of time. The packaging suggests pairing the crackers with various dips, but they're a great snack on their own – and they're reasonably priced. 4.0/5.0

Mom's Best Cereal Blue-Pom Wheat-fuls: I'm not typically a fan of wheat cereal, but this one is tasty with a blueberry pomegranate icing that is just sweet enough. Full of fiber and all natural ingredients. 4.0/5.0

Montebourg Petit Suisse Strawberry, Apricot, and Raspberry fruit flavored cheese: Was surprised to find this yogurt packaging in the cheese aisle at Whole Foods only to discover that it is, in fact, cheese. Petit Suisse is a mild and creamy cheese with an almost aerated texture, like a cross between whipped cream and yogurt. From France, these kid-sized packages, with their friendly cartoon characters, come in a combo pack with 2 apricot, 2 strawberry, and 2 raspberry. Monterey Market Fresh-squeezed blood orange juice: I’ve always been curious about the fresh squeezed juice at Monterey Market in Berkeley and decided to take advantage of potentially my last opportunity to try it. Unsurprisingly, the blood orange juice has a wonderfully refreshing sweet citrus flavor. Most of the pulp has been taken out, but it has just enough to remind you of just how fresh it is. A bit pricy, at $5 for a 32oz container, but you definitely get what you pay for! 4.0/5.0

Morgenstern's ice cream: Cardamom lemon jam ice cream was excellent-beautifully spiced, tart lemon cubes added texture and interest. Green tea pistachio did not taste of green tea at all-instead, was a very solid pistachio ice cream. High quality pistachio nuts throughout. Also sampled the burnt honey, which was too sweet. 4.0/5.0

Morgenstern's Tour Pine'Our soft serve: One of my favorite chefs, Paul Liebrandt, recently collaborated with the LES ice cream shop Morgenstern's and introduced a series of special soft serve flavors over the course of a month.
