Hyosung Food roasted seaweed: A recent conversation with @sharingnicely about kelp inspired me to buy a seaweed product on my latest trip to Hmart. I purchased a bag of Korean roasted seaweed, which I'm discovering comes in an alternative form of shredded, crispy seaweed mixed with sesame seeds (as opposed to sheets). I typically add this seaweed to rice to eat alongside a savory dish (the form of the snack doesn't lead itself to be eaten by hand). It's quite sweet on its own.
