The Little Kernel White cheddar popcorn: I had big hopes for Little Kernel, with its cute packaging and promise of kernel-free popcorn snacking. Unfortunately, while the fat content is quite high, I found the cheese flavor underwhelming and borderline bland. The kernels were small, though. 2.5/5.0

Montebourg Petit Suisse Strawberry, Apricot, and Raspberry fruit flavored cheese: Was surprised to find this yogurt packaging in the cheese aisle at Whole Foods only to discover that it is, in fact, cheese. Petit Suisse is a mild and creamy cheese with an almost aerated texture, like a cross between whipped cream and yogurt. From France, these kid-sized packages, with their friendly cartoon characters, come in a combo pack with 2 apricot, 2 strawberry, and 2 raspberry. Chester's Cheese flavored Puffcorn: Long gone are the days when Chester the Cheetah starred in his own video game (see Too Cool to Fool, NES 1992). While he's still featured prominently on Cheetos packaging, his name is a relic of 90s/00s commercial spots of my childhood. A quick search on YouTube for Cheetos ads reveals a shift away from pure animation to showing real people interacting with a CGI Chester. I Heart Keenwah Aged Cheddar flavored quinoa puffs: Cheese puffs that substitute quinoa for corn and thus have a more substantial amount of protein (5g). About the size of a quarter, these crunchy bites have a flavor strongly reminiscent of aged cheddar boxed mac and cheese powder (the nice Amy's kind, not Kraft). Ends with a punchy peppercorn kick. Nabisco Better Cheddars: I've had my fair share of cheddar flavored snacks (at the time of writing this review, there are 64 snacks tagged with cheese reviewed on Tasty Snacking http://www.tastysnacking.com/snacks?tag%5B%5D=cheese), and Better Cheddars occupies a largely untapped space.
