Wat U See Lightly salted popped Chickpeatos: Like a vegan version of cheese puffs but mostly tasting of oil (there's a lot of it). Made of chickpeas and green beans. For portion control, I often pour out a handful into a bowl, and there's usually a slick coating of oil at the bottom when I'm done. The oil doesn't taste bad per se, like fried foods more generally, but definitely not healthy. 3.0/5.0

Combines some of my favorite flavors in an unexpected mix. The ice cream is smooth and creamy and contains bits of crunchy halva, which adds a delicious slightly savory sesame kick. Nutty, sweet, and floral. Definitely up for trying their other flavors after this introduction. 4.0/5.0

The sandwich cookies are half chocolate, half vanilla and contain a potently sweet maple ginger filling that smells mostly of maple and tastes mostly of sugar. There is some ginger in there, but just a little. 2.5/5.0

They are thicker and have a larger footprint (about 2.5x width) than Fritos strips, and they have a generous amount of tangy spiced seasoning. I really like Elote, a traditional Mexican corn dish, but it doesn't taste like Elote, lacking both the creaminess and acidity I expect of the dish. Instead, it tastes like a milder version of Dorito's Cool(er) Ranch, with a creamy sour cream and onion flavor. Overall, it's pretty decent ... (read more) 3.0/5.0

Its consistency is thicker than Trader Joe’s regular almond milk, and they nailed the hue, with a slightly beige-ish-yellow color. It pairs well with cookies or other sweets, though it is pretty sweet on its own. 3.5/5.0

These cucumber-flavored chips were purchased at an Asian grocery store and originate from China. Perhaps this is unsurprising, as crushed cucumbers, flavored with salt and vinegar, are a perennial side dish in Chinese restaurants. These chips are both savory and sweet, with a remarkably true-to-name flavor. They taste more vegetal than sal... (read more) 4.0/5.0
