Lay's Roasted Seaweed Potato Chips: Since when did Lay's make Pringle's canister potato chips? Unlike the classic crispy, transluscently-thin Lay's potato chips, these are very much in the style of Pringles, though slightly smaller. They surprisingly come packed in a pull-out plastic tray (so you don't have to dig for the chips at the bottom, I suppose). Tao Kai Noi Tom Yum Goong seaweed snack: AAn umami bomb. Long strips of crispy seaweed (dehydrated?) with prominent lime and tomato flavor. Contains shrimp powder. On the salty side, but otherwise surprisingly addictive. Too bad the bag only has 2 servings. From Thailand. 3.5/5.0

Lundberg Kokū Seaweed organic rice cakes: Dense rice cakes made with brown rice. Feels much more substantial and filling than a typical rice cake. Seaweed flavor is subtle but adds a bit of seasoning. There is supposedly a hint of wasabi, but I'm not able to discern it. Definitely a healthy snack you can feel good about eating. 3.5/5.0

Tao Kae Noi seafood flavored crispy seaweed: I've become pretty fond of this line of seaweed snacks: each piece of seaweed has a unique, crispy texture, but it's still thin so it feels like a light snack. The seafood flavor contains a mix of cuttlefish, shrimp, and crab. Definitely distinctly seafood in a sort of traditional Asian way, but I like it. Too bad each bag only had 2 servings. 3.5/5.0
