GariGarikun pear flavored popsicles: Asian pear flavored Popsicles that are incredibly refreshing on a hot, humid day. Quite icy for a popsicle and on the sweet side, but has a concentrated Asian pear flavor that you can certainly distinguish from other pears. A little expensive for what it is, but it's from Japan. Pinkberry pear froyo: Surprised at how good this seasonal flavor is. Sweet, but not too sweet, with a very clean and crisp pear flavor. Small with toppings is a light and welcome mini meal after 7 hours of flying. 4.0/5.0

R.W. Knudsen spiced pear drink: While this juice consists predominantly of apple and pear juice from concentrate, the flavor is undeniably festive and perfect for the late fall. Tsaocaa Rose oolong tea with pear: Tsaocaa is a small trendy bubble tea shop a block away from the Chicago CTA subway stop it's large enough to seat groups of teenagers hanging out for hours. I ordered a cup of rose oolong tea with pear with a topping of honey aloe. Kabaya Pureral Pear Gummies: This Japanese gummy features an unexpected cross between a marshmallow and gummy candy. Each cube has a fluffy texture and is embedded with fruit gummy flavor and texture, providing two different levels of chewiness. I haven't had anything quite like it and enjoyed it overall. The flavor reminds me of a very concentrated ramune, or like those popular individually-wrapped hemispherical fruit gummies from Japan that are ubiquitous in Chinese grocery stores.
