At SFO before my one-way flight, I purchased their tropical passion fruit mango flavor, which had an intense passion fruitt flavor and light orange mango color. People's Pop Melon Basil Popsicle: I got this popsicle from NYC-based frozen treat brand People's Pop for free at a pop-up. It had a refreshing concentrated cantaloupe flavor whose natural sweetness was complemented by fresh aromatic basil. Bart's homemade ginger ice cream: Locally made ice cream from Massachusetts that incorporates chopped ginger from Old Friends Farm in Amherst. The ginger flavor and texture is quite good and fresh, but the ice cream overall is very sweet. Good for just a few scoops. 3.5/5.0

Sweet Scoops Candied ginger frozen yogurt: Likely the creamiest frozen yogurt I've had. You can definitely tell it's yogurt and not ice cream, but it's smooth and satisfying nonetheless. Unfortunately, the frozen yogurt overall is too sweet. A shame since it doesn't need extra sweetening as each mouthful already has several pieces of candied ginger. I would have preferred that the candied ginger were harder to add texture. Nice vanilla undertones. If there were less sugar, this would be a winner. 3.5/5.0
