Ruger Chocolate Flavored Wafers: Purchased from the vending machine at work, this two-serving pack of wafers is surprisingly good. Packaged in Willy-Wonka gold foil, the wafers have a great crispy texture, and the amount of chocolate feels generous. Spring Home peanut flavored glutinous rice balls: Small, frozen rice balls with a peanut filling consisting of a thick paste and bits of peanuts. The texture of the peanut filling is not very good, and it gets stuck in your teeth. Not too sweet (contains 4g of sugar per serving). 2.5/5.0

Sprouts Farmers Market Hatch Flavored Cheese Curls: Purchased from the grocery chain Sprouts, these crunchy-Cheeto-like corn snacks feature a generous dusting of green chili and cheese flavored powder that tastes different than even jalapeno cheese snacks – it has a more smoky, peppery flavor that reminded me too much of a salsa I might enjoy in very small quantities on a taco, but not one I would eat on its own. Overall, I found the taste to be too strong to want to eat very much of. 3.0/5.0

Tao Kae Noi seafood flavored crispy seaweed: I've become pretty fond of this line of seaweed snacks: each piece of seaweed has a unique, crispy texture, but it's still thin so it feels like a light snack. The seafood flavor contains a mix of cuttlefish, shrimp, and crab. Definitely distinctly seafood in a sort of traditional Asian way, but I like it. Too bad each bag only had 2 servings. 3.5/5.0

Tao Kae Noi kimchi flavored Super Crisp: This is the last of the Tao Kae Noi line of grilled seaweed snacks I had yet to try from my local Hmart. The umami-rich flavor has a great balance of savory and sweet. The spicy kimchi taste builds and lingers. A uniquely crispy and substantial seaweed snack. 3.5/5.0
