Liebe Lemon Crush Bavarian Style Quark: Today I learned that Quark is a Bavarian crossover between yogurt and cream cheese, yielding a thick and creamy treat whose consistency is unparalleled in the yogurt aisles. The last time I had a yogurt this smooth, it was homemade at Sophie's Greek Pantry in Massachusetts. The Lemon Crush flavor has an impressively sweet and tart flavor; the entire container has 10g of sugar, so it's sweet but not too sweet. Michel et Augustin Milk chocolate and melt caramel shortbread cookie squares: About the size of a candy bar, this snack consists of four 1.5" square-shaped shortbread cookies, each with a generous milk chocolate well and a thin layer of stretchy salted caramel sandwiched underneath. Tea Hut Avocado Shake: Managed to stop by Tea Hut during my last trip to SF, a great little bubble tea shop in Cows Hollow. This drink epitomizes the ideal version of an avocado shake; super fresh and creamy, refreshing but doesn't leave you feeling overly full or heavy. Consistency was perfect. While it's easy to default to tea drinks at a boba shop, this was a good reminder that classics like fruit shakes can also be well worth a trip. 4.5/5.0
