Asha Tea House strawberry black tea with grass jelly: A small tea shop with locations in Berkeley and Sam Francisco, Asha offers several milk and fruit tea options. I was thoroughly impressed with the strawberry tea I ordered, which contained real crushed strawberries. The strawberry seeds added great texture, and the grass jelly complemented the herbal black tea. While the strawberry "purée" was on the sweet side, the rest of the drink appeared to be unsweetened. Kung Fu Tea peach oolong tea with boba: While I was told this tea drink has no sugar, it was clear that was false on the first sip. The sweetness isn't overwhelming but significantly more than zero. Peach and herbal flavor is above average. The boba was too squishy, but the jelly that came with the drinks was good. 3.0/5.0

Rhythm 'n Wraps sorrel 'n lime punch: Purchased at the Rhythm 'n Wraps food truck outside the Harvard science center, this refreshing drink is just sweet enough, with a pleasantly spiced flavor (I was told it had ginger in it). It comes with no ice, but I do wish there was just a little since it seems like it's best cold. A great accompaniment to the Spicy Gangsta Wrap. 3.5/5.0

Superbee sparkling honey and ginger soda: The final drink I purchased in Australia was another ginger soda I had never seen before. Incorporating Australian honey, the champagne-colored drink comes in a long, frosted glass bottle. The bubbles are small and delicate. Beyond this, though, the flavor was underwhelming, like a Canada Dry flavored with honey. There was very little spiced ginger aftertaste, and the honey dominated the drink. 3.0/5.0

Kirks pasito passion fruit soda: Continuing my sampling of Australian carbonated beverages, I purchased this tropical soda to pair with some fish and chips. The soda is sickening sweet but does have a passion fruit flavor, even if it's artificial. On closer inspection, I found that Kirk's is owned by Coca-Cola, though it is from Queensland, Australia. 2.0/5.0
