Each mochi is wrapped to resemble a peach, and the mochi itself has a textured coating to mimic the fuzziness of the fruit. Filling to mochi exterior ratio is very high. Morgenstern's My Wife's Addiction Ice Cream Sandwich: Got this ice cream sandwich as part of the Fuck That's Delicious collaboration at Morgenstern's in NYC. The sandwich consists of peanut butter ice cream spread with a layer of strawberry jelly and sandwiched between two "no chocolate chip" cookies, all rolled in an everything bagel mix of sesame seeds, caraway seeds, poppy seeds, onion, and garlic. Salt & Straw lavender honey ice cream: Excellent smooth texture. Too often, honey ice cream is too sweet and lavender ice cream is too floral. This ice cream is neither and is very well balanced. Scoop is extremely generous. Maybe too generous as I'm only interested in a taste. 4.5/5.0

Frozen Kuhsterd champorado sundae: Hot and cold combination with warm, Filipino rice pudding and a scoop of ice cream (I selected Thai iced tea). Champorado is a chocolate rice pudding made with glutinous rice. This sundae was excellent-the ice cream was barely sweetened with a fantastic herbal flavor, and the texture of the pudding was surprising and delicious.
