Ancient Ingrained Snack Co Ka-Pop Salt & Vinegar Ancient Grain Popped Chips: Thinner and crispier than PopChips (pressurized potato chips) or Pop-Corners (popped corn tortilla chips), these sorghum-based "ancient grains" chips have a satisfyingly sharp and tart salt and vinegar flavor. They enter a crowded market of fried potato-chip alternatives, yet are different enough in texture to hold their own. Nutritionally, they're much healthier than potato chips, with 4g of fat per serving. I liked this bag enough to try their other flavors next time I make it to Fairway. 3.5/5.0

Trader Joe's Ancient grains and nuts granola: Crunchy granola clusters with whole roasted oats, chia seeds, walnuts, and coconut oil. Clusters are good for snacking out of the bag - mash them up to use as a topping for yogurt. Coconut flavor elevates it from your ordinary granola product, but it's also neutral enough to pair with many fruits and flavored yogurt. 3.0/5.0

Savoritz Ancient Grains sriracha crisps: This bag of crisps is from Aldi, the German supermarket chain, and contains thin brow-rice crackers with a variety of other grains such as quinoa and amaranth. Interestingly enough, the ingredients do not list the actual sriracha branded sauce but has its own seasoning blend. Nevertheless, they have a powerful spiced flavor that is also slightly sweet, just like you would expect from the chili sauce.
