L.A. Burdick white chocolate mouse: A few weeks ago, I found a box of assorted chocolates on my desk. I'm almost certain it was left by mistake, but I waited a few days for them to be claimed before digging in. The box contained many different types of chocolates, a few much better than others. Minamoto Kitchoan white peach mochi: As close to mochi perfection as I've experienced. Beautiful and thoughtful packaging. Each mochi is wrapped to resemble a peach, and the mochi itself has a textured coating to mimic the fuzziness of the fruit. Filling to mochi exterior ratio is very high. Interior paste is a vivid pink color and tastes of sweet peach. A very special treat. 5.0/5.0

Evy Tea peach ginger white tea: Cold brewed tea that's fantastically (and naturally) pure and flavorful despite having no calories or sugar. Flavors are clean and distinct, and the drink itself is light and refreshing. A perfect bottle of tea. 5.0/5.0

365 Applewood Smoked White Cheddar Popcorn: Cheesy and smoky popcorn that captures the feeling of snacking around a campfire. Like most popcorn snacks, a serving size is quite generous (volume-wise), but it's not very filling. 3.5/5.0

Cape Cod aged white cheddar and sour cream potato chips: A dangerously addicting snack with the best of both worlds: sour cream and onion and cheddar cheese. Uses a mix of aged white cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Swiss. Sharp flavor smoothed out by the sour cream. 4.0/5.0

Pirate's Booty Shells and White Cheddar: Surprisingly decent boxed mac and cheese, with sharp cheddar flavor. Very similar in taste to Trader Joe's Shells and White Cheddar, but that's not a bad thing. 3.0/5.0
