Powder Matcha Shaved Ice: This Taiwanese shaved ice shop on Divisadero in San Francisco has a variety of Asian flavors like black sesame, matcha, and Vietnamese coffee. Having had their excellent black sesame on a previous trip, I opted for matcha, which was shaved into thin, overlapping ribbons. 365 Ranch Lentil Chips: While ranch snacks tend to be unhealthy, these 365 lentil crisps have the same satisfyingly tangy flavor with less fat and calories. The crisps are more like sticks, falling somewhere in the middle of the pretzel -> puffed snack spectrum. They have a light crunch and are dense enough to be filling.
