Smash Crispy cinnamon churro Rice Krispie treat: I do love marshmallows and Rice Krispie treats, but I find the Kellogg’s blue square to be overly sweet. This square-shaped Bar from Smash is not as chewy in texture but has a pleasantly spiced cinnamon churro flavor and only 6g of sugar per bar. I would definitely purchase other flavors to try! Purchased from Berkeley Bowl. 3.5/5.0

The texture of the marshmallow is excellent - light but having a satisfying chew - and it has a crisp honey-flavored sugary shell. Before you reach the ice cream filling, it’s overly sweet due to the layer of caramelized sugar, but the chocolate crunchies add a touch of bitterness that ultimately balances it out. An elevated and playful reworking of a... (read more) 4.0/5.0

Cornflakes add a surprisingly substantial and welcome flavor. 3.0/5.0

The bear-shaped pieces (irregular and abstract) are coated with a glossy, slightly sweet glaze, and the pink and white marshmallow bits are reminiscent of what you might find in a hot cocoa mix. The texture of the marshmallows out-of-the-box is strange but mellows out in a bowl of milk. Overall, an okay cereal. 2.5/5.0

The marshmallow was heated in the microwave for 25 seconds with some corn flakes garnished on top. I took this picture about 3 seconds too late as the marshmallow was fantastically inflated upon removing my plate from the microwave. I sprinkled a few more flakes on top and ate with a fork. It was delicious. 4.0/5.0

The amount in a standard package is enough for small snacks / one campfire session with friends. In many ways, this was the appeal for me because I find it difficult to get through a whole bag without getting sick of eating them. The flavor is not bad but also nothing special. 3.0/5.0
