Clio Honey Greek Yogurt Bar: I've tried two other flavors of this chocolate-coated yogurt bar (hazelnut and strawberry), and this honey-flavored one falls squarely between the two in ranking. The interior of the yogurt bar is set, almost nougat-like in texture, and tastes vaguely of caramel-like. It's the closest to a candy-bar in overall flavor and texture, with its thin dark chocolate shell that easily cracks when you bite into it. I recommend this one and the strawberry flavor (which is still my favorite). Purchas... (read more) 3.5/5.0

Ellenos Rhubarb Greek yogurt: A Seattle favorite, with a stand in the center of Pike Place market, Ellenos has a variety of flavored whole-milk Greek yogurt, from chai to passion fruit to mixed berries. Their flavors are shown off in a traditional ice cream display, with containers of yogurt topped with fresh fruit spreads, blending in with the produce stands that surround it. Voskos Original plain Greek yogurt: This plain yogurt has a tart, savory flavor that makes it ideal for dips and sauces to pair with dishes. It has a substantial, thick consistency that's much better than your average Greek yogurt. Even better, it's less expensive than Fage and similar alternatives, making it a great value. Purchased from Berkeley Bowl. 4.0/5.0

Tilamook Oregon Marionberry strained yogurt: This strained yogurt ("farmstyle Greek") is impressively thick and loaded with 13g of protein. As a result, it's a filling breakfast that can carry you through to lunch. Tillymook is an Oregon-based company, and while Marionberry may seem like a marketing gimmick to make blackberries appear more appealing, it does go along well with their Oregon story. The fruit filling is sweet but appropriately so; the mild yogurt is more creamy than tart. 3.5/5.0

Clover black cherry Greek yogurt: This Greek yogurt had a more distinct flavor than the peach one I previously reviewed. The texture was about the same: thicker than non-Greek yogurt, but not as thick as Fage. Purchased from Safeway. 3.0/5.0

Trader Joe's nonfat plain Greek yogurt: Of all the store branded Greek yogurt I've tried, TJ's is the best value. The yogurt is thick with a neutral flavor that is a great base for any fruit or toppings you care to add. 4.0/5.0
