Stonyfield Organic blueberry fruit on the bottom yogurt: I took advantage of a recent 5 for $4 sale at Whole Foods, which is why I've been reviewing so many Stonyfield yogurt products. I'm beginning to regret it now, though. This blueberry yogurt is too sweet, and its consistency is too runny, but I did like how it contained small whole blueberries rather than blueberry "pulp." 3.0/5.0

Nancy's cultured soy blueberry yogurt: A non-dairy yogurt whose texture resembles a slightly grainy chawanmushi. While this may sound unappetizing (and its brown-purple hue doesn't help), it's actually pretty decent as far as soy yogurts go. The yogurt is slightly less sweet than many alternatives (13g in a serving), and the soy gives it a lighter flavor. I liked it more than I expected to. 3.0/5.0

Clover Organic blueberry yogurt: A decent take on fruit on the bottom. Yogurt is slightly tart, and fruit is on the sweet side. An affordable organic option. 3.0/5.0

Berkeley Bowl Yogurt Pretzels: Berkeley Bowl's bulk section has a colorful assortment of yogurt-covered pretzels. I got a mix (the beauty of getting bulk), which are all priced at $7/lb. Clockwise from the top left is their peanut butter, blueberry, lemon, and raspberry pretzel. The fruit pretzels are all quite tart and acidic, and the peanut butter one has a more expected yet still satisfying flavor. They have a surprising amount of fat given that it's yogurt and not chocolate, and they're all sweet enough that I nev... (read more) 3.0/5.0

Trader Joe’s Blueberry Almond Peanut Date and Nut Bites: Energy bites are the new granola bars, though they’re not as filling and tend to have small serving sizes. That’s the case with this 2-per-serving snack from Trader Joe’s consisting of a soft mix of dried fruit, nuts, and seeds. The usual suspects of natural health snacks are present (chia seeds and coconut). They are pretty high in sugar given the size but don’t have any added sugar. Tastes predominantly of dates, though you also get a bit of berry too. Decent as far as this type of product... (read more) 3.0/5.0

Kind Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachhio bar: Kind bars have a consistent quality - once you’ve had one, you know what you’re getting yourself into. Here, we have a mix of crunchy whole pistachio and almonds with dried fruit, all bonded together with a sticky glaze and several types of grains for texture. It was a bit hard to bite into (more crunchy than chewy), which made me a little nervous for my teeth. Overall, decent but doesn’t quite pass the threshold for recommended. 3.0/5.0
