Nairn's Chocolate chip oat grahams: Lightly sweetened Scottish biscuits. The box contains four packs of individually wrapped snack packs (each with four oval-shaped biscuits). They're like Belvita breakfast crackers, but good - the oats maintain some of their texture even in biscuit form, and the chocolate flavor is just enough to feel like a treat. Trader Joe's speculoos cookies: Technically, I already reviewed this snack, but it was back in the day when I didn't give numerical scores. Speculoos is a type of spiced European biscuit commonly made with brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. The TJ's version is sweet and has a good level of spice.
