Hop Shu-Kuri-Mu Matcha Cream Puff: I randomly passed this pastry shop in Azabu Juban and made a mental note to return based on the quality of bread in their window. Morgenstern's Stingray Creamsicle: This is the best creamsicle I've ever had in my life. The vanilla ice cream contains bites of chewy lemon jam and is double dipped in both lemon and concord grape flavoring, giving it an impossibly smooth shell and layers-on-layers of flavor. Morgenstern's My Wife's Addiction Ice Cream Sandwich: Got this ice cream sandwich as part of the Fuck That's Delicious collaboration at Morgenstern's in NYC. The sandwich consists of peanut butter ice cream spread with a layer of strawberry jelly and sandwiched between two "no chocolate chip" cookies, all rolled in an everything bagel mix of sesame seeds, caraway seeds, poppy seeds, onion, and garlic. Luscombe St. Clements citrus soda: Almost every time I have a Luscombe soda, I think it’s the best one yet and likely the best version of that particular flavor of any brand I’ve had. I really enjoyed this clementine soda, which has a bright, clean, yet concentrated orange and lemon citrus flavor. It’s clear they’ve taken great care to use the freshest fruit. Definitely one of the best sodas I’ve had. 5.0/5.0

Bao Tea House Rose milk tea: This is a perfectly balanced rose milk tea from Bao Tea House, a serene tea and bao shop on the west edge of Washington Square Park. Faintly sweet at 25% sweetness, the drink has a clean floral flavor without overpowering, and the frothed milk is delicately creamy. I’ve had a good number of rose teas over the course of Tasty Snacking, and this one is by far the best. 5.0/5.0
