Haitai Korean chili rice cake snack: A uniquely addictive snack with a bit of an identity crisis. Tubular, ridged wheat \"crackers\" that are meant to resemble their solid rice cake counterparts but look more like macaroni. Unlike real rice cakes, this snack is crunchy. Coated in a sweet and savory chili glaze. The immediate flavor is sweet, but the finish is just spicy enough. Really didn't know what to expect when getting this snack, but it is oddly delicious and definitely worth trying. 4.0/5.0

GariGarikun pear flavored popsicles: Asian pear flavored Popsicles that are incredibly refreshing on a hot, humid day. Quite icy for a popsicle and on the sweet side, but has a concentrated Asian pear flavor that you can certainly distinguish from other pears. A little expensive for what it is, but it's from Japan. A welcome treat. 4.0/5.0

Trader Joe's ginger beer: Last year, I attempted to purchase this drink only to find that the seasonal product was sold out. Seeing it on the shelves this time around, I was especially excited to try it. I'm picky about my ginger beers, and this one is good. Surprisingly robust, spicy ginger flavor for a mass market audience. Good amount of carbonation and citrus. Worth checking out. 4.0/5.0

Quinn Popcorn cheddar & chipotle popcorn: Organic popcorn that feels light yet had a prominent and distinct flavor. Chipotle kick is more smoky than spicy. The company prints a batch number on the package so you can learn more about where the ingredients come from. It's not something I'm personally interested in but I did it for the purposes of this review. Honestly, I really just care about whether or not it tastes good, and it does. 4.0/5.0
