Boba Ninja Pudding Milk Tea with Boba: Right around the corner from Sweetheart Cafe on Durant (in Berkeley) is a competitor named Boba Ninja, which has barely enough standing room to accommodate a single-file line. Bubble Tease Milk tea with boba: Toronto has some of the highest concentration of bubble tea shops that I’ve witnessed. This classic black milk tea from Bubble Tease had a decent sweet and slightly herbal flavor. The boba was ok - a bit too soft and without flavor. 3.0/5.0

Bubble Tea Sharetime Matcha milk tea with boba: This compact bubble tea shop on Shattuck in Berkeley, CA is best suited for ordering bubble tea to-go. Its proximity to my apartment, as well as its consistently good quality boba and drinks, have made it my go-to bubble tea cafe, particularly when it comes to milk tea (for fruit teas, Asha still wins).
