Liberté coconut yogurt: A rich, dessert-like yogurt made with whole milk. Contains coconut pulp on the bottom. Sweet. Whole milk + coconut = 44% saturated fat. Nonetheless, it was filling and quite good. 3.5/5.0

Luke's Organic Cheddar Clouds White Cheddar Cheese Puffs: Finally, a tasty gluten-free snack that doesn't scream gluten-free on the packaging. Actually, I didn't know it was gluten free until I looked up more information to write this review. Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss coconut almond in chocolate dessert: Haven't had a chocolate-covered ice cream bar in ages but my newly lactose-free dad was craving ice cream, and these coconut-based non-dairy bars were on sale at Whole Foods. Its dark chocolate coating is mixed with chopped almonds, and the whole product is organic. Overall, a really good quality product. Isn't overly rich (like a Haagen Dazs) but still decadent. Classic coconut + chocolate flavor combination. Would eat over most other ice cream bars, non dairy or otherwise. 4.0/5.0

Lundberg Kokū Seaweed organic rice cakes: Dense rice cakes made with brown rice. Feels much more substantial and filling than a typical rice cake. Seaweed flavor is subtle but adds a bit of seasoning. There is supposedly a hint of wasabi, but I'm not able to discern it. Definitely a healthy snack you can feel good about eating. 3.5/5.0
