I love malted milkshakes, and the extra $0.50 for malted is definitely worth it. Needs to be paired with a tall glass of water. Goldberg & Sons bitter lemon soda: Meant to be used a mixer, this soda is refreshing all on its own, with a clear acidic lemon flavor that's just sweet enough. The best part is the carbonation, which is the ideal strength and has more refined, smaller bubbles than typical seltzers. 4.0/5.0

Happy Lemon special cooler lemon slush: I'm not sure what special cooler means, but this Taiwanese drink chain continues to be one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Flushing, Queens. This slush was on the sweet side but was also pleasantly tart and contained what seemed to be jelly bits (I didn't pay for any add-ins, so this was a pleasant surprise). Perfect for warm days. 4.0/5.0

Boba Guy's chai with almond jelly: I purchased this drink at 25% sweetness, which I think I would have enjoyed more at 50%. The house-made almond jelly has a great slippery texture, but the flavor is a bit lost with the drink (on their own, they are very good). The chai is light and nicely spiced. 4.0/5.0
