Siggi's strawberry and rhubarb yogurt: Thick skyr-style yogurt that tastes slightly sweeter than other Siggi's I've had. Small bits of rhubarb are scattered throughout but don't contribute much to the flavor overall. Rich and filling, with a substantial amount of protein. JJ Bakery Strawberry Shortcake Mochi: From the Taiwanese sweets shop JJ Bakery in LA, this plump ball of strawberry shortbread is about twice the size of a normal piece of mochi and contains a whole strawberry nested in rich cream and moist cake. The mochi skin is impressively thin and elastic, and as a result, plays a supporting role to the western cake on the inside. Ripe, deep red strawberry is sweet and fresh. Noosa Strawberry Rhubarb Yoghurt: For those who like heartier spoonfuls of fruit "compote" mixed with their yogurt, Noosa is a fine option, especially this strawberry rhubarb flavor. We don't have enough rhubarb flavored snacks in the US, and Noosa does it well by combining it with the more familiar and classic strawberry.
