The Little Kernel White cheddar popcorn: I had big hopes for Little Kernel, with its cute packaging and promise of kernel-free popcorn snacking. Unfortunately, while the fat content is quite high, I found the cheese flavor underwhelming and borderline bland. The kernels were small, though. 2.5/5.0

Trader Joe's Caramel ginger popcorn: A fresh spin on caramel popcorn, TJ's caramel ginger popcorn has a solid spiced flavor that you immediately identify as ginger. Unfortunately, it is far too sweet, with each piece coated in a thick sheen of buttery sugar. While popcorn is generally a healthier snack option, this one is far from it. Still, if you like ginger, chances are you will like this snack, as long as you don't eat too much in one sitting. 3.0/5.0

HR Poppin' Snacks Cheddar Inferno Popcorn: Looks are deceiving with this bag of cheddar popcorn - its standard orange color belies its spicy flavor, brought out by cayenne, chili, and jalapeño powder. A nice amount of heat, though the popcorn isn't as light and airy as it could be. Has a very long ingredient list filled with artificial colorings. This bag magically appeared at work, so I'm not sure where one would go to purchase it, but it's not bad for what it is. 3.0/5.0
