Rogue Voodoo Doughnuts pretzel, raspberry, and chocolate ale: I generally don't drink beer, but I sampled this one in the name of snacks. This ale was inspired by a flavored doughnut from the Voodoo Doughnuts shops in Portland. The chocolate and raspberry flavor came through in the finish, and perhaps the pretzel flavor was captured in the earlier savory notes. Not something I can imagine drinking a full cup, but interesting.

Rosa Brothers chocolate milk: Phenomenally rich and creamy chocolate milk. Like the best chocolate ice cream you've ever had, but melted to liquid form. Only downside is that it's so rich that a small sip is enough. This is from someone that isn't even a chocolate milk fan. Fantastic product. 4.5/5.0

Royce' Potatochip Chocolate: After trying some of the flavored ganache at this Japanese chocolatier, I spotted an unusual chocolate covered potato chip line and asked for a sample. Ridged and thick-cut, the potato chips are surprisingly crispy, and the dark chocolate works unexpectedly well with the fried chips. It finishes with a familiar flavor of vegetable oil, but not in an overwhelming way. I'm sure that the potato chips without the chocolate taste better than your typical Lay's or Ruffles. Ruger Chocolate Flavored Wafers: Purchased from the vending machine at work, this two-serving pack of wafers is surprisingly good. Packaged in Willy-Wonka gold foil, the wafers have a great crispy texture, and the amount of chocolate feels generous. Not a very healthy snack, but certainly one of the better vending machine options out there. 3.5/5.0
