Koikeya Mozzarella and lemon potato chips: In theory, this unexpected mozzarella and lemon combination seems like it would be a bit odd, but it's actually surprisingly good, like a more creamy and mild sour cream and onion flavor with a lemon kick. The acidic lemon seasoning is the first taste you get, but the chips have a milky and tangy finish, almost like a sour yogurt. Late July Organic Mini Cheddar Cheese Crackers: This organic take on a classic snack suffers from the same flaws as Ritz: the crackers are over salted, and the serving size is too small. I don't see how it's possible to eat 13 mini crackers and not feel more hungry after the fact. Not recommended, especially considering the premium for an organic product. 2.0/5.0

Laurel Hill Nacho multigrain tortilla chips: Awkwardly sized long, rectangular chips that have a milky cheese flavor, almost like what you might have with boxed mac and cheese. Disappointingly small serving size of 7 chips. Multigrain flavor is not bad, though, and the seasoning had a slight zesty kick. 3.0/5.0

Lesser Evil No cheese paleo puffs : Here’s a surprisingly good find at Whole Foods. Letter Evil now has a line of paleo-friendly snacks that contain no grains or cheese (and are thus gluten-free and vegan). While the beige-colored macaroni-shaped pieces look a bit like maggots, they have a consistency slightly crunchier than crunchy Cheetos and a mildly sharp cheese flavor that builds over time.
