Because the sticky bun is from Cheeseboard, I have some confidence in the quality of the ingredients used to make it, but in terms of sheer calories and grams of sugar, I wouldn't be surprised if this tops a Cinnabon. But this review is not just a warning for your health - the bun doesn't have any complexity to hold your interest through its generous size. It's really just a ton of butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a dense roll. There are definitely far better ways to start your morning. 2.0/5.0
