Tretap Organic maple sparkling tree water: I'm conflicted about this drink because, on the one hand, it tastes shockingly accurate, with a deeply sweet maple flavor that somehow only lends 3g of sugar per serving, yet I'm not sure why anyone would want an entire 12oz can of sparkling, liquid maple syrup. If that person is you, check this drink out. If not, take comfort in knowing it would taste exactly as you would expect it to. 3.0/5.0

Up Mountain Switchel Original Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, and Ginger Switchel: Switchel seems to have gotten pretty popular over the past two years, which makes me happy because I especially enjoy ginger drinks. I purchased this one from a Vietnamese restaurant but recently saw that Whole Foods sells it. It's a little too sweet for me, and doesn't have as potent of a ginger flavor as I expected it to. Pretty average as far as switchels I've had. 3.0/5.0

Vermont Sweetwater Bottling Co Sparkling Maple Seltzer: This bottle of soda was purchased from a small cafe in upstate New York (Palenville). Extracted from maple trees, the maple water is weakly carbonated and has a faint sweetness, identifiable as maple, but otherwise largely absent of flavor. Contains no artificial color (the liquid is clear) or artificial flavors - very simply exactly what it states itself to be (maple water). 2.5/5.0
