Polly-O string cheese: Of all string cheese brands available at major supermarkets, this one is my favorite for a few reasons. First, it's not overly salty (like stringsters). It's also reasonably priced. Not the most flavorful, but a decent snack nonetheless. 3.5/5.0

Cheetos Cheddar jalapeño Cheetos: Classic neon orange "cheddar" flavor with a spicy kick. Crunchy, textured. Surprisingly good and unsurprisingly bad for you. 3.5/5.0

Sorrento / Galbani string cheese: What seems to be a double-branding marketing scheme for Italy's favorite cheese brand yields a tasty, well seasoned mozzarella cheese snack. The texture is not the most stringy, and the cheese is pretty firm, but overall, it's a product I'd purchase again for its good value. 3.5/5.0

Annie's white cheddar bunnies: These are my favorite of all the Annie's bunnies cracker flavors. The white cheddar coating is sharp, the crackers are buttery, and the snack overall is very tasty. I previously reviewed this snack before giving scores; it's a 3.5. 3.5/5.0

Nabisco Better Cheddars: I've had my fair share of cheddar flavored snacks (at the time of writing this review, there are 64 snacks tagged with cheese reviewed on Tasty Snacking http://www.tastysnacking.com/snacks?tag%5B%5D=cheese), and Better Cheddars occupies a largely untapped space. Unlike typical cheddar crackers (e.g., the Goldfish and Cheese-Its) which are thicker and have a more substantial bite, Better Cheddars are flaky and light, verging into chip-like territory. Similar to other "Flavor Originals" that... (read more) 3.5/5.0

Yida Haw Cheese: As a child, I imagined if I needed to sustain myself on my paltry allowance, I could afford to live off Haw Flakes, a traditional Chinese candy consisting of stacks of purple-red discs (think Necco wafers, but thinner), costing about fifty cents for a pack of 10 rolls. They taste like strawberry fruit leather and are made of a Chinese fruit called hawthorn. Texturally, it's hard but then slightly chewy at the first hint of moisture. This individually wrapped candy from Yia is a different t... (read more) 3.5/5.0
