Mount Auburn Carrot Cake: Recently while I was at the ER at Mount Auburn, I was unable to eat anything until 5pm after being admitted at 9am. Given that I was much hungrier than usual, I let myself order from carrot cake from their dessert menu. Christina's carrot cake ice cream: I'm generally a big fan of Christina's, but this recent scoop was a miss. While the spiced flavor was quite good, especially the whole raisins and walnuts, the texture was not smooth at all, and the aftertaste was somewhat chalky. 2.0/5.0
