Pringles Passport Flavours London Fish and Chips Flavor: I've encountered several versions of special edition snacks featuring flavors from abroad, including Lotte Choco Pie's "Around the World" series and Fanta's "Delicious Flavors of the World." I'm not sure if it's a response to the inability to travel these days or just a regular occurrence in a country that loves limited edition takes. But this tube from Pringles is the first of their "Passport Flavours" series featuring London's Fish and Chips. The chips taste a lot like Salt and Vinegar, but with a more mild vinegar flavor than say Lay's Salt & Vinegar chips. They do have a bit of funky flavor that hints at something else (fish?), but mostly it tastes like fried potatoes. I like the tart sharpness of traditional salt and vinegar chips, so I'd prefer that more generally, but come to think of it, I've never seen that flavor in Japan, so it may be that it's a taste that hasn't been introduced to Japanese markets. Either way, this is mostly an OK flavor of a familiar tube of Pringles. 3.0/5.0
