From the Ground Up Nacho Flavor Cauliflower Crackers: For the past few months, I've been seeing these crackers in every supermarket I go to. They're made from cauliflower, but you wouldn't necessarily guess that from the flavor. The crackers are thin and crispy, dissimilar to the Cheez-Its they're shaped like, and the Nacho flavor tastes strongly of tomato, with some general vegetable-flavor (think Vegetable Thins) mixed in. Overall, with its orange color and square Cheez-Its shape, I was expecting it to taste like Nacho cheese, but it was more akin to a tangy salsa, which I can't say I preferred.
