Brooklyn Born Chocolate Cafe Au Lait: I'm a bit overwhelmed by the chocolate aisle at the Park Slope Food Coop, both because I generally don't buy chocolate, so there's a lot I haven't tried, and their selection seems much more varied than any other grocery store I've been to. This bar is actually prepared in Rahway, NJ, despite the Brooklyn Bridge logo and brand name suggesting otherwise. It's made of white chocolate that's been dyed to look like regular milk chocolate, and it has a nice roasted coffee flavor. You can tell that it isn't milk or dark chocolate because it doesn't have the same snap that non-white-chocolate has, and it melts quickly when you eat it. On the sweet side. 3.0/5.0
