Korean wheat flour crackers: When I saw this bag on the shelf, it reminded me sachima, a Chinese pastry composed of soft fried flour, butter, and sugar (and often raisins). I purchased this bag to see what the Korean version would taste like. Despite the nutrition facts, which state that this contains 0g of sugar, the snack is very sweet. (Also, sugar is one of only four listed ingredients). The crackers are dense and quite hard to bite into, a factor that could be an issue for anyone with dental problems. Some pieces a... Familiar sweet chili flavor gets a unique twist. Could use a tad more seasoning. Too bad the serving size is so small at 13 chips. 3.5/5.0

The melon-chocolate combination is pretty bizarre, and the cantaloupe flavor is concentrated but artificial. Puffed rice prevents the bars from being too dense. The box contained 4 individually wrapped pieces, each of which was fairly substantial (about 3" long). 2.5/5.0

As I navigated through the bleak aroma of fried teriyaki, the bright yellow Happy Lemon sign materialized like a beacon of hope. The counter had several dentist-sized cups filled with a Yakult-flavored drink with aloe; the sampling was overly sweet, but I attributed this mostly to the Yakult pro... (read more) 2.5/5.0

On the sweet side overall, though it's balanced out to an extent by cracked black pepper. Each bag has 2 servings, making it a relatively pricy snack at almost $5 a bag. Still, it's high protein content makes it more filling than other savory alternatives from the Leanbox. 3.5/5.0
