Happy Lemon Yakult Lemon Slushy: I returned to the Happy Lemon in Boston (located in the Arcade Mall in Downtown Crossing) and ordered a Yakult Lemon Slushy drink this time. Yakult is a popular Japanese yogurt drink that comes in cute plastic containers. The texture of the slush was good but melted quickly in the summer heat. The boba was much improved from my first visit, with a good amount of give. Overall, the drink was on the sweet side but balanced out by the acidity of the lemon drink. 3.0/5.0

Happy Lemon Mango Yakult Smoothie with Boba: My favorite Taiwanese bubble tea chain made its way to Berkeley, located dangerously close to the Downtown Berkeley BART station. This weekend, they're celebrating their opening by offering a buy-one-get-one-free special, which has led to insane lines from Berkeley students.
