Bhan Kanom Thai Pangchi: Pangchi is a bite-sized sticky rice pancake cooked on the griddle, giving it a crispy crust on both sides and mochi-like interior mixed with corn. While not captured in this photograph, panchi are actually lilac in color. Mochi is my favorite snack, and this take on crispy mochi was eye opening and delicious. A perfect bite. Boba Guys Thai iced to with milk: While you can request the sweetness level for most drinks at Boba Guys, the Thai iced team comes at one sweetness level, which they approximated to be 75%. While it was sweet, it wasn't overly so, with a balanced and satisfying Thai iced tea flavor. Would have again, but not before I try some of the other enticing flavors! 4.0/5.0 4.0/5.0
