Back to Nature sweet potato and cinnamon crackers: Faintly sweet crackers that are too crunchy and hard. Flavor could be a lot more robust. Underwhelming. 2.0/5.0

Coast Cafe sweet potato pie: A pleasantly spiced pie reminiscent of pumpkin pie but made with sweet potato. Filling is smooth and on the sweet side, but satisfying nonetheless. Crust is fine. Portion is generous. 3.5/5.0

I love pretzels, and I'm pretty sure this is the best one I've ever had. New from Elbow Bakery at the border of Chinatown / LES. 5.0/5.0

The monaka doesn't have any flavor on its own, but inside the two halves of the potato are a white sweet potato ice cream and a yellow paste, almost like a cross between a jam and a mash. Overall, I found the dessert to be too sweet, especially ... (read more) 3.0/5.0
