Lotus Foods sweet & savory Thai arare rice crackers: I'm usually wary of non-Asian brands taking on Asian flavors (and charging more for it), but I was interested in what Thai-flavored rice crackers might taste like - I usually associate rice crackers with Chinese or Japanese flavors. Lotus Foods Shoyu Arare Rice Crackers: Purchased from Whole Foods, this is the second flavor of rice crackers I've tried from the Lotus Foods brand. The product is made with whole grain brown and black rice "sourced from small family farms" (very Whole-Foods-marketing friendly). The rice crackers themselves are more hearty than most and have a distinct soy flavor. Nonetheless, I do prefer the Thai-flavored crackers I previously purchased, and I also prefer rice crackers with a more diverse set of textures and flavors. 3.0/5.0

Lundberg sesame and seaweed rice chips: One of the only gluten free snacks I really enjoy. Made with brown rice, these chips are crunchy and savory with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Only downside is the small serving size (9 chips). 4.0/5.0

Lundberg Kokū Seaweed organic rice cakes: Dense rice cakes made with brown rice. Feels much more substantial and filling than a typical rice cake. Seaweed flavor is subtle but adds a bit of seasoning. There is supposedly a hint of wasabi, but I'm not able to discern it. Definitely a healthy snack you can feel good about eating. 3.5/5.0

Lundberg Organic Kettle Corn Rice Cakes: Brown rice rice cakes with a slightly glazed sheen. Crunchier and heartier than other rice cakes I've had. Great sweet and savory flavor. Even found a few actual corn kernels. A healthy option that actually tastes good and is decently filling. 3.5/5.0
