Nongshim Beoljib Pizza: Purchased from HMart, these are some wheat-based snacks that have conflicting identities: they're waffle-shaped, taste like a mix of tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce, but are meant to be pizza flavored. If you ignore that they should taste like pizza, they have a decent flavor profile unlike other snacks I've had before, but I would never guess that it's pizza. The crisps themselves are thickly cut, giving them a crunchy texture that's still airy and melts on the tongue. 3.0/5.0

Nong Shim Banana Kick Snack: Who would have thought that banana flavored puffs, airy and porous with a slight glaze and crispy texture, would be such a delicious snack? I'll admit that I purchased this bag from the narrow, never-ending aisles of Manhattan's HMart solely based on its cute packaging. Nongshim Onion Flavored Rings: I mostly know Nongshim for their portfolio of ramen noodles, but I heard good things about their snacks, and these onion rings did not disappoint. The snack has a savory yet sweet onion flavor that tastes much more true to a vidalia onion than Funyuns. Texturally, they’re crunchy yet light and yielding.
