Shribark Toasted Coconut Caramel Snack: Up to this point, I've avoided this brand of snack from the Media Lab Leanbox, fearing that it was another questionable health-food snack. Lacking alternatives, though, I decided to purchase the bar and was pleasantly surprised. The texture is very good, with a sweet caramel that binds together the granola and seeds that comprise the bar. It was very filling and leaned more towards the candy end of snack bars. Dancing Deer Baking Co. traditional gingerbread dessert bites: A seasonal treat that's substantial and moist but not overly dense. Like a nugget of spiced cake. Good ginger and molasses flavor, though the extra sugar crystals on top are unnecessary. Contains 4 servings for a little over $3, which is a good value for the Leanbox. 3.5/5.0

Perky Jerky original turkey jerky: A solid jerky snack with moist pieces of marinated turkey. On the sweet side overall, though it's balanced out to an extent by cracked black pepper. Each bag has 2 servings, making it a relatively pricy snack at almost $5 a bag. Still, it's high protein content makes it more filling than other savory alternatives from the Leanbox. 3.5/5.0

Cedar's Classic Original Hommus with Hommus Chips Snack Pack: I purchased this snack pack from my lab's leanbox, and it's about what you would expect. The chips are a bit like Fritos, but thinner and less unhealthy. The amount of hummus is generous and has a decent garlic-y flavor. 3.0/5.0

Shribark Original Cranberry Spice bar: This square-shaped snack bar contains a hearty amount of oats and nuts. It's sweeter than I personally would prefer, with whole dried cranberries, but nonetheless has a healthy-snack vibe. Purchased from the Leanbox. 3.0/5.0

Suja organic Mango Magic drink: I would describe this beverage as a slightly spiced version of Odwalla's Mango Tango. They contain almost the exact same ingredients (apple juice, mango purພ, orange juice, and banana purພ), but Suja's has the addition of ginger juice, which gives it a subtle hint of spice at the finish. There are no added sweeteners, as the ingredients are naturally sweet, making the drink overall very sugary (44g per bottle). I liked it but think I might have been better off eating some fresh fruit instead. 3.0/5.0
