Clif Crunch Blueberry Crisp: The first crunchy granola bar I've had that is actually moist, with dried blueberries and a crumble-like coating. Perfectly sized for a nourishing yet delicious mid-day snack. 4.0/5.0

Tao Kae Noi Super Crisp grilled seaweed (classic flavor): Seaweed crisped to an almost chip-like consistency. Thicker than most seaweed strips. Robust flavor somewhat reminiscent of a teriyaki glaze. Surprisingly sweet. Actually really tasty. 4.0/5.0

Tao Kae Noi kimchi flavored Super Crisp: This is the last of the Tao Kae Noi line of grilled seaweed snacks I had yet to try from my local Hmart. The umami-rich flavor has a great balance of savory and sweet. The spicy kimchi taste builds and lingers. A uniquely crispy and substantial seaweed snack. 3.5/5.0

Tao Kae Noi Hot Chili Squid Grilled Seaweed Super Crisp: The unique texture of these ultra thin and crispy seaweed crisps inspires me to keep trying new flavors. Wei Long Spicy Konjac Crisp: I purchased this Chinese snack from JMart in Flushing knowing it would either be surprisingly good or strangely awful. The packaging had limited English, with a stickered label saying it was a product from China, had been imported and distributed by a center in East Williamsburg, and contains as its main ingredients drinking water (as opposed to non-potable water) and edible salt and sugar (versus inedible). While the illustration on the cover looked a bit like tripe, there were no meat in... (read more) 2.5/5.0

Hint crisp apple water: Those bubbles on the packaging are just from the impact of the fruit falling into the water, not because the drink is carbonated (which I had wrongly assumed). This unsweetened drink has no artificial ingredients, but the flavor somehow reminds me of green apple flavored blowpops. Perhaps it's because green apples never taste quite as sweet as they do in this drink. 2.0/5.0
