Nature's Path Sunrise Crunchy honey cereal: Can't decide if you want corn flakes, crisped rice, or puffed corn cereal? This has all three and more with flax, quinoa, and other wholesome ingredients. Very good at keeping its crunchy texture in milk, level of sweetness is spot on. One of the best breakfast cereals I've had in recent memory. 4.5/5.0

Wei-Chuan lotus seed paste buns: I love mantou, a Chinese steamed bun often consumed for breakfast. I recently purchased this Taiwanese lotus seed filled bun from Hmart and am a huge fan. The filling is very lightly sweetened (2g of sugar), and after about 10 minutes of steaming, the bread is pillowy yet slightly chewy. It's very difficult to find a brand of filled frozen buns that isn't insanely sweet, and these were also reasonably priced. 4.5/5.0

Seitenbacher Müsli #3: A kitchen-sink muesli, with textures crunchy and soft, flavors sweet and nutty. Sizable pieces of dried fruit include papaya, dates, apple, pineapple, and bananas. Corn flakes work alongside rolled oats, thrown together with sunflower seeds, almonds and cashews. Every mouthful is a different taste, yet they all work harmoniously, miraculously.
