Califa Farms Unsweetened almond milk: This unsweetened almond milk from Califa Farms is better than most I’ve had because of its concentrated nutty flavor. The consistency is a bit thin but not surprisingly so for a non-dairy milk. Separately, I also tried the original (sweetened) flavor, which was overly sweet, so if you prefer lighter drinks like me, definitely go for the unsweetened. I used this almond milk to make chia seed puddings but also to drink on its own. 3.5/5.0

Clif Bar Kid Iced Lemon Cookie Z Bar: There are very few times in life where free samples influenced me to support a brand. Back in 2011, I was manning a booth at Maker Faire Bay Area, and after hours of demoing, I was exhausted and extremely hungry. Making my way to the fast food trucks, I came across a Clif Bar tent providing free samples of their line of children's energy snacks. Coppenrath Traveler Cookies on Tour: German cookies shaped as rectangular stamps each featuring a different city from Copenhagen to Istanbul to San Francisco. Favors European geography, but it's still quite fun to explore since there are at least 15 different countries represented - I rarely got the same city within a single serving. Exceptionally good value at $3 for a sizable bag. I purchased the caramel flavor, which had a sweet and buttery spiced molasses flavor. Would definitely purchase again. 4.0/5.0

Coppenrath Traveller Vanilla Cookies on Tour: Purchased the vanilla flavor of these cookies after enjoying the caramel one. The vanilla is much more standard and run of the mill, but still has a decent crumbly texture and good value (the bag can last me more than a week and costs less than $3). If you're going to pick a flavor, though, I would definitely go with the caramel. 2.5/5.0

Dandies Vanilla Marshmallows: Vegan marshmallows. Much more resilient than Jetpuffs, with a chewy but firmer texture. Stronger vanilla flavor as well, but tastes overwhelmingly sweet. Irregularly shaped- some are as big as jumbo-sized marshmallows, while others are like two stacked mini-marshmallows combined. At $5 a bag, they aren't worth the price. 2.5/5.0

Dang Sriracha sticky rice chips: Made with kernels of sticky rice puffed into circular rice cakes, this snack has a uniquely crispy texture far superior to any rice cake I’ve had before. The sriracha flavor has a memorable tangy sweet combination with just enough heat. Very snackable. Definitely worth trying for the awesome texture. 4.0/5.0
